Called Engineering mode .This Menu has every control of 

your mtk(media tek devices like china devices ) phone . It is 

like a main data center in your phone . Every hardware 

settings are there(engineering mode ). This Application(or 

processus) allow you to run Advanced Setup 

from Engineering Mode Menu of MTK phones, also called
